An incident that made me felt really indignant .

I ordered 20 sticks of beef satay , but the guy gave me 20 sticks of chicken satay !

Seriously , anger had conquered my mind !

He doesn't expressed that he was WRONG !

Is it so hard to say " SORRY " to your customer ?

I give you 0 mark on your attitude in serving your customers .
